Kew Music Garage uses several off site service agents for all major repairs and services. Call for more information.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us.
Email or call us for interstate shipping charges.
If your purchase is not functioning correctly or has been misrepresented in any way we will offer a replacement or a store credit. Refunds are available when applicable but not for change of mind.
All items are brand new and come with a minimum one year warranty. Some Items may come with a lifetime or extended warranty.
